LOCKING YOUR LOCKER

The gym lockers are secured with a padlock. You can either bring your own lock or purchase a sturdy padlock from our customer service during its opening hours.

AMAZING MEMBER BENEFITS

As an Easymove gym member, you are entitled to various benefits. Check out the current offers on the Easymove Hyvinvointimaailma -mobile app under the "Edut" section.


MEMBERSHIP ACTIVATION

If you chose "Payment on-site" as your payment method, please visit us first to pay for your purchase and activate your membership. If you made the payment online, your membership is already activated, and you can start exercising immediately using the EasyMove mobile app.

Note: Minor memberships are activated separately at the customer service when submitting a minor service agreement.

You can download the EasyMove Well-being World app from Google Play or the App Store. The app works immediately after purchase. Log in with the same credentials used for our online store purchase. This way, the app will recognize your access rights, and you can start exercising right away!

If you prefer to have an additional paid access tag (€15), visit our customer service during its opening hours to start your workouts.

Please also familiarize yourself with our terms of agreement before starting your workouts.

You can start exercising immediately using the EasyMove mobile app.

The mobile app works right after purchase. Log in with the same credentials used for our online store purchase. This way, the app will recognize your access rights, and you can start exercising right away!

You can download the app from the App Store or Google Play Store. The app can be found in the stores under the name "EasyMove Well-being World."


Welcome to your workout!

Instructions for your first workout visit:

If this is your first visit and it falls outside our customer service hours:

  • If you want to leave changing clothes/items in a locked cabinet, please bring your own padlock. Sturdy padlocks are also available for purchase at our customer service during its opening hours.

  • Please leave outdoor shoes in the designated area in our entrance hall. If you prefer, you can also take off your shoes in the entrance and carry them in a bag to your locker during your workout.

  • In Kempele, you will find the changing rooms by walking from the entrance towards the sofa group and turning left after them. The changing rooms are located at the end of a long corridor on the left. In Linnanmaa, you'll find the changing rooms by walking through the gate, all the way to the end of the building.

  • You can use virtual workouts anytime when the virtual spaces are available.

  • You can sign up for live-guided workouts through the EasyMove mobile app.



Your membership includes all of the following:

  • Gym access (machine area, aerobic equipment, and functional area)
  • Guided group fitness classes (except Unimove memberships)
  • Virtual group fitness classes
  • Members' own Video Library, featuring remote workouts and exercises accessible when logged in.
  • Free coaching consultation with a Personal Trainer. Book an appointment through our online booking.
  • A fantastic array of Member and VIP member benefits!
  • In Kempele, you can bring your child at your own responsibility to the gym's childcare area during your workout. Bringing children into the gym area is strictly prohibited.


The gym is available every day either from 05:00 to 24:00 (normal gym membership) or from 05:00 to 16:00 (seniors, unemployed, and UniMove customers).

Access to the premises is done through the EasyMove mobile app (or access tag).

After being a member continuously for 6 months, you automatically become our VIP member and can choose to pause your membership for one calendar month per year. You can pause your membership for free during maternity leave, military service, and long sick leave.

As a member, you also get a 10% discount on EasyMove physiotherapy, massage, and acupuncture services.

You can book and cancel a spot for a group fitness class in advance through the mobile app. Please review detailed group fitness reservation procedures.

Note! Remember that your membership is personal; you cannot let others into the gym, nor can you lend your access wristband or mobile app entry to others. Misuse of membership will result in a fine of €100.



Important information about billing and fitness benefits:

Our customer service is happy to assist you with any membership-related matters. Check our website for the current opening hours. We also assist via email at Kempele: liikunta@easymove.fi and Linnanmaa: liikunta.linnanmaa@easymove.fi.

You can pay for your gym membership and Personal Training services with sports vouchers and cards at our customer service point. With your sports voucher app, you can also make payments remotely.

You can also drop off signed sports vouchers next to our customer service point in the mailbox. Write your name and the beginning of your personal identity number on the envelope.

The monthly gym invoice will be sent to the email you provided when joining. The invoice may also go to the spam folder. Upon receiving the first invoice, we recommend setting up an e-invoice agreement in your online bank.
